Kemar Roofe has admitted that Micky Beale’s side are playing boring football.

After Beale’s post match rant following the 1-0 win over Motherwell it is clear that there are major issues behind the scenes at Ibrox.

Despite the big money signings of Danilo, Cyriel Dessers and Sam Lammers Roofe has managed to get out of the treatment room to become first choice striker.

When Beale decided to substitute the former Leeds striker during the defeat from Celtic in triggered the first significant show of dissent against the Ibrox boss.

Since then it has been open season among fans to slag off Beale’s signings, formations, tactics and substitutions.

It seems that the criticism from the stands has reached the dressing room with Roofe telling The Sun:

I suppose they are booing because they are probably bored, unfortunately. Trust me, we don’t want that to happen. But we also have to take responsibility and entertain them a little bit more and play attractive football for them, so they don’t boo us and they aren’t bored.

After starting on the bench against Motherwell Roofe is expected to be back in the team to face Livingston tonight.
