David Edgar shared almost five minutes of misery from Ibrox after watching his side lose their third domestic match of the season.

The host of the Heart & Hand podcast had attended the post match press conference and asked Micky Beale for his thoughts on the complete lack of support, confidence and backing of the loyal bears inside Ibrox.

Beale never offered any resistance or denial, even he can see the reality of the situation but until his pay off is agreed he won’t be giving up on his last big time earner.

Fan media is now in a very delicate situation but the position of Beale is beyond rescue, even the Ibrox power-brokers know that a new manager is needed but there is no obvious successor or even a caretaker.

Whoever comes in inherits a massively imbalanced squad rammed with serial losers and recent signings on long term contracts.

It looks like things will get worse before they get any better for Edgar and the Ibrox media ladz.

Catastrophic 3-1 defeat to Aberdeen

After today it is impossible to see any way that Michael Beale can stay on as Rangers manager.

It is inevitable now, the fans are completely gone on him.

The mood in here is toxic.

The crowd has been very patient, Rangers have been like this for a long time now.

Let’s be honest, Giovanni van Bronckhorst got sacked for less.

It’s a grim situation, we’ve managed to get ourselves into a helluva mess.

He has to go, I think that he has to go tonight.
