Rabbi Matondo will be out of action for six weeks.
The Welshman was out of the picture during Micky Beale’s pre-season plans but with the new faces flopping Matondo and Scott Wright started Sunday’s home win against Motherwell.
Micky Beale ducked out of facing the media today, leaving his assistant Neil Banfield to answer the questions with news about Matondo the first issue he addressed.
Todd Cantwell and Nico Raskin won’t be back until after the international break with Hibs visiting on October 21, there seems to be no definite timeline for Danilo’s return from a cheekbone injury sustained away to St Johnstone.
?? NB: Rabbi (Matondo) looks like six weeks with his knee.
We have built this squad and will be ready to go tomorrow.

Banfield claimed early on that his side had beaten PSV Eindhoven, later when asked about needing a big win he responded by asking of beating Real Betis hadn’t been a big win then mentioned drawing 2-2 with PSV Eindhoven.
No mention was made of Tom Lawrence’s injury.
Oh dear as the song goes,There Maybe Trouble Ahead. Sending out his tea boy to take the flack,we didn’t expect anything else. He is DEFINITELY Joe The Toff.
Lol Neil(bellend)Binfield making a right king size James Hunt of that presser, remember this a guy that got that gig think about who failed it.
He mentioned a big performance against PSV, at one point he said it was a win, then later it was 2-2 but he forgot to mention the sore arse game 5-1 that PSV dished out to them.
Once again the same people screaming for Beale to be sacked along with Bellend Binfield and the other coaching staff sat there today asking nickel&dime questions, they BOTTLED it not calling him and Beale out.
Lol £25,000 a season for access to the press conference each week with limitations to what you can ask.
