It seems that Kieran Tierney isn’t the only celebrity on the Guest List at The Hoops Bar in Tenerife.
The Scotland defender has been a regular visitor to the popular bar in Los Cristianos which enjoys all year round sunshine and custom from Celtic fans.
Prior to 2018 Micky Beale was just another pot-bellied, spotty faced youth coach, popping into The Hoops Bar for some football chat, a beer or two and some Celtic tunes would be no big deal.
The leaking of the picture above suggests that there are some people inside Ibrox that are trying to make life difficult for their current manager who is under contract until June 2026.
Kenny Miller, Barry Ferguson and Kris Boyd all commented on how they had never seen a backlash to the scenes at Ibrox when the final whistle blew on the recent defeat from Celtic.
Beale wasn’t around to witness the ‘greetings’ that James Tavernier and team-mates received, as soon as the final whistle blew the Ibrox boss shook hands with Brendan Rodgers and John Kennedy then raced down the tunnel.
An article in the Rangers Review contradicting Beale’s claims over transfer fees and the trashing of the club’s Scouting Department suggests that not everyone at the club finks that their manager has transformed his coaching brilliance into the manager’s chair.
