It was a classic moment lapped up by armchair Celtic fans as they watched the premature celebrations of Ibrox fans almost instantly turn to rage and mutterings about Bellahouston Park.

It was a scene of complete joy as Kemar Roofe and Cyriel Dessers celebrated in front of the Union Bears as their side went to the top of the SPFL Premiership As It Stands.

Over in VAR HQ Alan Muir was reviewing the goal and in particular the clash between Dessers and Gustaf Lagerbielke. Close inspection showed that the Ibrox striker had but his foot behind the ball as the Swede attempted to complete his pass.

Unknown to Neil McCann and many Scottish pundits that is actually a foul with referee Don Robertson told to review the incident on the pitchside monitor.

From the moment that Roberson jogged towards the monitor the Ibrox celebrations were on hold. After around 30 seconds watching the contact between Dessers and Lagerbielke the referee turned towards the pitch and appeared to point towards the centre circle as joyous bears let out a second massive cheers.

The referee then moved towards the area where Lagerbielke was fouled, Joe Hart grabbed the ball to take a quick free kick as the match resumed goal-less but not for long.
