Ibrox Penalty Bingo raises funds for Perth Foodbank

Saturday’s penalty award at Ibrox will at least raise funds for Perth and Kinross Foodbank.

The Auld Hoose bar in Perth will host the fund raiser as the SFA throw their full support behind the Philippe Clement Revolution after things went badly wrong under Micky Beale.

Since taking charge at Ibrox a month ago Clement has found his side twice trailing after 89 minutes but turned those situations round to pick up four points.

After missing a first half penalty against Hearts Tavpen took advantage of great work between Alan Muir and John Beaton to equalise from his favourite distance, at Aberdeen on Sunday Andrew Dallas and Nick Walsh set up the equaliser.

Later this morning the SFA will announce the officials in charge for St Mirren’s visit to Ibrox with the match starting soon after Celtic’s match at St Johnstone is completed.

Sunday’s match at Pittodrie made it 68 SPFL matches since Kevin Clancy awarded a penalty against the Ibrox Tribute Act.

With stats initiating much of the content in the Mainstream it seems that the 68 match, 22 month and three managers run without conceding a penalty is under embargo.
