RTC claims that Charlotte Fakes archive will be made public

According to Rangers Tax Case the entire archive from Charlotte Fakes will be released once the numerous court actions relating to the administration and liquidation of Rangers is completed.

It could be a long wait before the final cases and claims for compensation are completed but around a decade ago Charlotte Fakes did release an incredible amount of documents including audio recordings.

All sorts of information was made public from one Twitter account which was named after the address in Edinburgh that housed David Murray’s business empire. The Twitter account was closed a number of times but resurfaced under a slightly altered name.

Much of the documentation centred on Craig Whyte, covering his dealings to buy the club from Murray for £1 as well as the administration process and contact with the football authorities with Neil Doncaster and Stewart Regan both featuring heavily.

A number of cases have been taken to court involving Duff & Phelps with Charles Green being paid £6.3m in 2021 for wrongful arrest.
