Eagle-eyed bears were able to book a picture with the Viaplay Cup when it comes to Edmiston House on Monday.
In one of the most shameful commercial acts ever the event was promoted on the Edmiston House website this morning- five days before Aberdeen are stitched up in the final at Hampden.
Clubs will have plans in place for after-match celebrations or commiserations, they will also have merchandise ready to go into production as soon as the final whistle blows but nothing to the extent of putting online the opportunity to book and pay for pictures with the trophy ahead of the final.

Aberdeen may as well stay at home on Sunday ..I believe the decision was made a while ago that the Rangers will not ‘lose ‘ the League Cup final ,under any circumstances ! Firstly ,think of the fortunes to be lost if Aberdeen win ? Merchandising – pre Christmas , then there is the confidence boost just in time for the Glasgow Derby . Think what that would mean for Clemente ‘s transfer fund if they lose ? There is simply too much to lose financially and in confidence for the rest of the season …that’s why Aberdeen won’t win !
