Anyone doubting how isolated and inward looking the English media is were given perfect evidence by Ange Postecoglou.
It would seem to some that the Spurs boss popped out of fresh air into their lives during the summer to provide amusement as they get used to an Australian accent telling them how he plays soccer.
Only former England internationalists tend to walk in to decent jobs in the EPL, to get to Spurs Postecoglou won trophies in Australia, Japan and Scotland to earn a prime job at the age of 57.

Sutton watched Angeball close up at Celtic, when the former hoops boss moved to Spurs he warned his English colleagues that they were getting a special talent in management with results to date backing up that viewpoint.
