Jung Ho-Yeon has spoken out about the speculation over a January move to Celtic.

During the summer transfer window Celtic signed Yang Hyun-jun and Kwon Hyeok-kyu from South Korea which would suggest that it is a market that the club is aggressively scouting. In January Oh Hyeon-gyu was signed from Suwon Samsung.

With Brendan Rodgers making it clear that he was looking for proven quality to be added to his squad in January it was a bit of a stretch to see how Ho-Yeon met that criteria,

In the run up to the January window opening there were a few reports suggesting that there was interest from Celtic in the midfielder but in the end no deal was done.

Following up on the reports The Daily Record reports:

Asked by Sports Seoul about interest from Celtic, he said: “There was no official offer, it’s because I’m not good enough.

If I had received an offer, I would have wanted to go to Europe. But there was no offer. I still feel like I’m lacking a lot, and I think the club felt that as well.

“I think I need to increase my value as a player this season. I think there is a lot of room for improvement, so I don’t have any regrets now.”

Nicolas Kuhn and Adam Idah were the only arrivals at Celtic last month with the Irish forward only on loan from Norwich City.

With Yang in and out of the side and Kwon on loan at St Mirren without playing a minute under Rodgers it seems unlikely that Celtic will be looking at future project signings from South Korea.

Or Terence, and more to the point, if only those paid to do a job at Celtic FC like Mark Lawwell and his arsehole of a father had the ability to SEE the same thing, we wouldn’t be signing fukkin prospects but players. I fukkin despair……..but there’s always a solution.
I’m not always radical BUT Lawwell’s a special case. So, we contribute to a ‘slurry’ fund.
Farmers are a bit skint (so they tell us) so we’ll buy hundreds of tons of slurry from local farmers and hire their tractors and tanks to deliver it. Just a postcode (G745AW) so they’ll have to deliver/spray an equal amount onto each property.
SORTED! (And a grand day out for the farmers with payment to boot.)

PS to above. Lawwell’s been forcing watered-down shit (slurry) down our necks for almost 2 decades. Time to respond in kind and let his neighbours enjoy some of his TRUE hospitality!
Hail! Hail! The Glasgow Celtic, get all the tories tae fukk!

I do feel it would be remiss of me to ignore (slurrying) the local tennis courts and adjoining clubhouse (which is about to receive a huge, preposterous ‘community’ grant for refurbishment, AT TAX PAYERS COST!

          DOES THIS SHIT EVER END?
