The Celtic End will be revived for two of Celtic Ladies post-split fixtures is the SWPL.

Last season the initiative coupled with a very close title race generated two record crowds as Fran Alonso’s side just lost out on taking the title from Glasgow City.

Hearts and Hibs will visit Celtic Park in May, as they come out the tunnel the lower Jock Stein Stand to their left will be a wall of colour and noise as the Green Brigade (North Curve) give the fixtures the full treatment.

Celtic’s relationship with the Green Brigade has been strained at times this season with a ban and closure in place for a number of fixtures during November and the start of December including the Champions League tie at home to Feyenoord.

Reviving the concept of The Celtic End looks like relations between the club and the Ultras group are a little better but it is always a delicate situation.

Ultimately the Green Brigade want to see the Jock Stein Lower Stand turned into a Standing Section similar to that in place in many continental stadiums but for now for fixtures they will have to make do with their section between the Lisbon Lions and North Stands.
