Ibrox paranoia goes into overload

The Brains Trust on Follow Follow want their club to call out ‘the compromised refs situation’.

Apparently Celtic have taken control of refereeing matters and compromised the whole of Scottish football with their influence.

Among those following orders direct from the Celtic boardroom are John Beaton, Andrew Dallas, David Dickinson, Don Robertson, Steven McLean, Nick Walsh, Greg Aitken and Alan Muir.

It seems that the debate on the issue has side stepped their own club enjoying runs of 64 and 75 SPFL matches without a penalty being awarded against them. Or the run of penalties awarded in their favour under Philippe Clement which recently ran to four successive matches when their side was trailing or on level terms- i.e. desperately in need of a lifeline.

For anyone wanting a definition of an echo-chamber that is the thread to study as one paranoid bear shares his revelations with the others quickly nodding in approval.

It appears that the disappearance of Kevin Clancy and Willie Collum from their matches has escaped their notice.

After comments from Brendan Rodgers earned him a one match touchline ban the hoops have had five sets of refereeing appointments. Two with Robertson, two with Beaton, the officials involved at Tynecastle triggering the ban with McLean, the brother of a former Rangers youth team player breaking the pattern.

On Sunday Walsh will referee their match away to St Mirren, on Monday he will report for duty at Boclair Academy, the partner school of the Murray Park starlets.
