There is a distinct lack of enthusiasm among Ibrox fans for tonight’s match at home to Dundee.

Saturday’s defeat to Celtic was widely anticipated by the bears but it still hits a very raw nerve when they see their side meekly go down to defeat with barely an effort at Joe Hart’s goal.

While most in the media frantically push the line that ‘the gap isn’t that big’ even the Gullible & Deluded are questioning that claim based on the evidence of three seasons of pain and suffering.

Other than Jack Butland, Mohamed Diomanse and Dujon Sterling there is barely any members of the first team squad immune from criticism, after his roles as right winger and centre half against Celtic Sterling will sit out tonight’s match due to a mystery injury.

As well as Lundstram and Barisic tonight is the last home match for Ryan Jack, Kemar Roofe and Leon Balogun.

A year ago Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent, Allan McGregor and Filip Helander waved farewell to the club, it is unlikely that many fans will stay around to give one final salute to this years out of contract stars.

  • Alex Ferrie says:

Surely Lundstram will be barred from playing in this game at a minimum after his red card on Saturday?

Editor: Two match SPFL suspension starts tonight, available for the cup final, might be dangerous for mad Phil if he picks him, Bears demand scapegoats.

  • John A says:

Give them a hard time bears! Boo them from start to finish!

  • The Joker says:

Have a read at the daily sevco today running with the old firm shite how they are neck in neck in games competed, written by one of their cheerleaders Mark Pirie.

A feelgood factor story to cheer up the bigots by insisting that there is very little between both club, apparentlyboasting that history is intact at ibrox.

These nickel&dime journalists clutching at straws hoping the the klan fans who still purchase that bog roll will believe them.

But then with Bill&Ben the flower pot men aka Ferguson and Miller being kerry loose with the crayons, that says it all.

    • Clachnacuddin and the Hoops says:

Anything in The Daily Sevco has to be a distortion of the truth…

Well it certainly was 30 years ago anyway when I saved ma wee granny from going out to the bin with it by taking it to flick thru on a boring night shift…

Think it was some guy Alex Cameron that was the football guy (Liar) back then !

  • Jim M says:

If Dundee turn them over or get the first goal, I truly think it’s not going to be a very nice environment for sevco players, actually think it could be very brutal indeed.

    • The Joker says:

They will invade the pitch if they give behind to Dundee, the game will ve halted they will remove the bigots from the pitch, then restart the game as if nothing had happened.

The press won’t report it and the SFA well that’s exactly what they will do when handing down a punishment for the new klub.

Remember the rules only apply to plebs in the game, and definitely don’t see themselves as that.
