What’s the difference between Santa Claus and Tavpen?

In front of 60,000 cheering fans Santa Clause brought the SPFL trophy out onto  Celtic Park, handing it back to a club official ahead of the official presentation.

Forty-five miles east at Tynecastle James Tavernier was denied, for the third match running, the chance to add another penalty to his total for the season. After the 3-3 draw he was reported to be extremely disappointed.

Beyond multiple winners like James Forrest and Callum McGregor yesterday’s presentation made it four title wins for Greg Taylor, three for Joe Hart, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Reo Hatate, Matt O’Riley and Daizen Maeda with Alistair Johnston now ahead of Tavpen on two after 18 months as a Celtic player.

Despite campaigning from the Daily Record it seems that there is no interest in the Ibrox skipper from the Saudi Pro League meaning that he’ll remain at Ibrox for next season’s Revolution!
