Fresh from paying out on Celtic’s season 24/25 SPFL title success Paddy Power has shown its compassionate side by sending out an appeal for bears like John.
Not content with 12 years of misery, forever locked into The Banter Years, John and 48,000 other bears will start the new season homeless.
Rather than littering and urinating around Ibrox John and his fellow supporters will be in Mount Florida at least four times in the next fortnight sharing their unique cultural identity with unsuspecting locals.

Three times in the last 18 months John has been to Hampden to see his team beaten by Selik, the most recent in May when Jack Butland provided Adam Idah with the goal that took the Scottish Cup to Celtic Park.
That kicked off a summer of torture, as if losing John Lundstram, Ryan Jack and Borna Barisic wasn’t enough John has no idea when he will be back inside Ibrox, shouting abuse, booing his heroes and being surrounded by Nazi flags as he tries to work out the message in the latest Union Bears Tifo.
On June 20 it was announced that Ibrox is closed for business, last week Chairman John Bennett announced that he is waiting for two boats to appear before the 600 extra seats in the Copeland Road Stand can be opened.
With Celtic already two points ahead as they #gofor55 the bad news seems never ending for John with Scott Wright in talks over a four year contract extension.
How do I contribute to help John…??
Ha Ha Ha the Knuckodraggaz will be oot in Full Force ramorra, Poalice will be mysteriously NAEWHERE tae be seen?? God help the residents ae Mount Florida!
“The big hoose” has entered the realms of folklore but unfortunately if you check back the guy actually says “the big house”. In a sort of “aural Gestaltism” we all hear “hoose”.
Big Cyrle the bawbag player mentioned sevco playing at home next week with home advantage with the home crowd.
Someone needs to to tell the big doughball they ain’t playing at home and they ain’t got home advantage.
Just when are the other clubs going to call the sevco klub out for this shitshow, same klub conned Dundee out of about £40,000 grand last season for a game being postponed.
Infact sevco fans had been demanding their klub be awarded the 3 points with the game to be declared a walkover.
Now all of a sudden sevco are out with the begging bowl looking for cheesy quavours.
I see the plastic sign writers have been working like Trojans to get theRangers signs ready to make Hampden identical to the crumbling Ibroxland stadium ? I trust they were wise enough to ask for their fees to be paid upfront ,as we know there is a small precedent of contractors being shafted for dough by the previous theRangers …
The Copland Hotel is just round the corner if he wants to move in there.
On another matter for a laugh and comedy gold another arsehole nickel&dime twobob journalist at yhe daily sevco has written 2 or 3 paragraphs of shite about sevco looking forward to playing at Hunden tomorrow.
The guy got paid a coin for putting together a couple of paragraphs, how do they call that journalism.
That would even put auld PISHY to shame.
Here’s a couple of questions.
We have all witnessed sevco supporters being non-compliant with their
club’s Everyone Anyone ‘initiative’ – introduced after UEFA punishments for
the offensive songs heard at ibrox.
It doesn’t make it any better, of course, but that behaviour was mostly focused at ibrox.
Now…
what happens when the delightful bears crank up the old songs at Hampden,
during their regular, ‘home games’?
Apart from being offensive to all non-sevco supporters,
this behaviour would thoroughly desecrate the home of Scottish football
on a fortnightly basis at least?
So, what assurances has sevco provided to the SFA about their fans’ behaviour?
And, what conditions – and consequences – have been written into the agreement
allowing sevco to use Hampden?
Think we can all guess the answers though… 🙁
A Boat On The River,
It’s Sailing Away.
Down To The Ocean,
Where To, I Can’t Say!
Maybe the SFA and sevco could become so close that they might become insepeable.
No. seriously!
