Steely has had his hope reassured in the Phil Clement Dream Team after a Q and A night at New Edmiston House.
Six questions scripted in advance including one asking A Proper Manager about the toughest opponent he faced in his playing career was enough to leave the bears that shelled out £40 and the media messengers convinced that good times are ahead. Again.
Since sharing his anger over losing to Celtic Steely has transformed into a political campaigner, joining 50 gammons at George Square to protest against hard working foreign nationals coming to the UK to save the NHS and other essential services while no-marks like Steely share their ignorance on social media.
Alex Rae joined Clement on the stage to give the former Monaco boss some staunch points with the media messengers omitting to mention that no questions were asked live from the audience.
Enjoyable night at Edmiston House for the Rangers Charity. Clement speaking a lot about his determination to win & feeling the fans emotions. Alex Rae & the Gaffer seem to have a really good connection, telling a few funny stories. No shying away from tougher questions either ?

Anything less than a win over Dundee United on Sunday and Steely will be at the front door of Ibrox for the return of the team bus yelling at the non-British passport holders in Clement’s squad.
Not directly no, it wasn’t live questions. You had to write them down and they read out what they could with the time etc

Good chat, free pint & a pie ?? + giving to charity tbf.

What ‘tougher questions’ were asked? I was there – they got through about six q’s in 45 mins – one of which was asking about the toughest player he’s ever played against. What’s your definition of tougher q’s? Alex Rae was good tbf

Rae & Clement comedy show says it all. Are they clearing space in EH to add the “determined to win” trophies to the moral trophies that Phil has won?

How many shots on target against the champions? Did he mention?

Clearly the toughest opponent (club) that he’s faced in his career is Celtic…
Bet he didn’t admit that though…
Anyway Steely is happy with his Steally football club so we can all live happily ever after…
Until the next time – (hopefully Sunday) – another Beautiful Sunday !
So wee Steely sneaks out of his bedroom at his parents house to join the EDL (Eejits Dunderheads Looneys) in George square. Hope for his sake he doesn’t take ill and have to go to hospital to be treated by the very folk he’s protesting about. It’ll be like suffering the tortures of the damned. Even worse the ward might be full of Celtic supporters. Double crap.
Sounds like a line from ‘ three little birds ‘ by the late ,great Bob Marley ? ” Everything’s gonna be alright ” ! Sounds like he’s been smoking the same gear as Bob did too , way back when ? Also ,having bubblegum chewer extraordinaire, Alex ‘ growler ‘ Rae at your Q&A night , must have been ultra comforting for Mr Clem-on ..just in case things got a bit rowdy ? Like having Belker from Hill Street Blues by your side ? No pun intended ! Biting into dudes ‘ ankles for fun ….BELKER !
“…media messengers omitting to mention that no questions were asked live from the audience.”
Not really a ‘Q&A’ then.
And at £40 a pop, it looks like the bears were ‘duped’ yet again?!
Ineligible questions not allowed?
False advertising?
etc. 🙂
