‘Faceless crew’ ‘leaderless’ ‘Shame on them’ King wades in as he calls out Ibrox Directors

Dave King has launched an all in attack on the Ibrox Board of Directors.

The club website still lists John Bennett as Chairman with the Board made up of Graeme Park, Alastair Johnston, Julian Walhardt, George Taylor and John Halsted.

Only Park, son of Douglas is based in the UK with the club currently looking to appoint a Chairman as CEO with John Gilligan standing in as Caretaker Chairman.

King has been warming up for a full on attack over the last fortnight, last night his statement to the Rangers Review spared no-one in the Blue Room:

The complete lack of leadership of this faceless crew is most clearly demonstrated by the simple fact that not one of them was willing to show their face by stepping in as interim chair when John stepped down due to ill health.

Shame on them! Lurking in the shadows in a time of need is not the Rangers way and that is why I have again offered to assist.

If there is a better option, I would support that. But I cannot support a leaderless, rudderless board that is in a crisis of its own making.

King has called for an EGM that excludes current directors from voting which means that it wouldn’t actually be an EGM.

A beauty contest among fans is more to his liking with his statements going down a treat among the Gullible & Deluded with King knowing the buttons to press for the staunchest fans to give their support.

Hopefully there will be a reaction from the club to King’s latest set of statements to escalate the civil was going on while Phil Clement stumbles on from game to game with his exciting young side.
