Brendan Rodgers has made seven changes to the Celtic side that beat Falkirk in the League Cup for tonight’s clash with St Johnstone.
With the exception of the injured Cameron Carter-Vickers it looks close to the strongest side available although cases can be made for some of the substitutes to be in from the start.
The first choice forward line is restored, led by Kyogo while in defence three changes are made with only Auston Trusty retaining his place.
Stephen Welsh and Luis Palma both started the Falkirk match but drop completely out of the squad with Maik Nawrocki and Yang Hyun-jun covering in their positions against the managerless host team.
Don Robertson will referee tonight’s match with Alan Muir on VAR duty with the benefit of the cameras from Premier Sports.
CELTIC: Schmeichel; Johnston, Trusty, Scales, Taylor; McGregor, Bernardo, Engels; Kuhn, Kyogo, Maeda
SUBS: Sinisalo, Idah, Valle, Yang, McCowan, Nawrocki, Hatate, Forrest, Ralston
