A year of Phil Clement appears to have sucked the life out of Steely- the normal pre-match excitement has drained away from the Ibrox vlogger.
Two years ago Giovanni van Bronckhorst was getting hounded out the club, just over a year ago Micky Beale was collecting his pay off and seeking fresh challenges.
With Clement surviving past the year mark it seems that morale is lower than ever among the bears with little confidence or enthusiasm for the exciting young team being built by the Belgian Beale.
The clocks went back on Sunday, darkness set in over Ibrox as St Mirren tested the home side to the limit with Robin Propper brutally exposed by a team made up of physical journeymen.
Once again Leon Balogun finds himself a first pick in central defence, based mainly on the shortcomings of others in the squad.

Wednesday night at Aberdeen could be a brutal watchalong for the bears, the excitement of beating FCSB in the Europa League was completely wiped out by the laboured win over St Mirren.
Some favourable decisions from Calum Scott secured the victory with half of the stadium emptied, if Clement suffers his fourth defeat of the season tomorrow at Pittodrie the focus of anger will be firmly on what is left of the Ibrox board to start the annual hunt for a new manager.
Lol the hunt for a new manager,Quark and Sam Dingle are ready to step in,because they are pure ranjurs men and staunch prodies.
