Celtic fans have a new hero and song with Nicolas Kuhn.
The January signing from Rapid Vienna was the matchwinner away to Ross County with his sixth goal of the season.
Once Alistair Johnston threaded an inviting pass down the right wing Kuhn was onto it with one intention in mind.
Shackled by two markers for much of the game he found himself in space playing towards the Celtic support.
Stepping inside possibilities opened with a sweep from his left foot guiding the ball beyond Ross Laidlaw and inside the post.
There was still three minutes to play plus seven minutes of stoppage time but after getting in front Celtic weren’t going to budge as they racked up their seventh successive win at the start of the season.

After his initial appearances earlier in the year it looked like Kuhn was another winger unsuited for the style of play required at Celtic.
He did play his part in the run-in to the domestic double but with the stakes at their highest James Forrest emerged as the first pick on the right wing with Daizen Maeda on the other flank.
In pre-season Kuhn lay down a few markers of what he was capable of and has carried that form into the new season.
He played a key role in the 5-1 win over Slovan Bratislava then came off the bench against Falkirk to turn the tie around with two goals and two assists.
In midweek he could be in action for a Celtic XI away to Sligo Rovers with the clock ticking down towards a top of the table clash against Aberdeen on October 19.

Kuhn did indeed ‘Nick’ it for us – Thank F**k he did !
