For the second home match running Celtic fans have been able to chant ‘We’re doing the huddle in the Champions League’.
In September there was a sense of relief as the club enjoyed their first meaningful win in the competition for a decade with a 5-1 demolition of Slovan Bratislava.
Getting that victory seems to have opened a new chapter for the club but not many fans were anticipating a two goal victory against the second best team in Germany.
That caution was justified during the first half, when Leipzig took the lead they came close to adding a second goal.
The match was turned around by the best German on the pitch, wearing green and white Nicolas Kuhn scored two contrasting goals to send the hoops into the lead at half time.

Celtic were clearly on top but the lead was slender, the Champions League has been a cruel competition with plenty of pain inflicted by foreign guests to the east end of the city.
Reo Hatate gave Celtic breathing space in the 72nd minute when he took advantage of a slip by Peter Gulasci to open up a two goal lead.
That was all that the fans needed- the Huddle broke out with the supporters enjoying the exhilaration of being able to briefly turn their back on the action.
With seven points from four matches Celtic are very close to reaching the Round of 16 Play Off stage- if that happens the scenes are certain to be highly memorable.
David Spanner king of the bawbags was the reporter for Talkshite last night for the Celtic game, gloating like a schoolboy seeing his first ever scud book when we went a goal down.
By half time his tone had totally changed, you would think someone had took his scud book off him.
By full-time the full meltdown had kicked in and his scud book was no more.
Someone should have gave him jelly and icecream, there was plenty of it at the end , HA,HA.
