The SFA has officially whitewashed over the brutality allowed and encouraged by Nick Walsh and Don Robertson against Celtic by Kilmarnock.
Joe Wright set the tone in the 11th minute with a deliberate elbow into Adam Idah’s face, with the points out of reach Liam Donnelly failed in a double attack on Kasper Schmeichel with Fraser Murray joining in with a kick at Tony Ralston’s neck.
All three attacks resulted in yellow cards from Walsh, his colleague Don Robertson on VAR didn’t request any further action which gives players across the SPFL licence to do likewise throughout the season.

In a token nod towards accountability the SFA has authorised the release of a Key Match Incidents covering the Premiership fixtures.
Little is known about the selection criteria used but from Sunday’s match at Rugby Park two bookings were reviewed with predictable results.
Elbowing an opponent in the face is correctly a yellow card, all five panel members agreed that the decision on Wright was correct.
There was a split verdict, 3-2 that viewed the Reo Hatate booking as a mistake with the majority feeling that the foul should have been reviewed and upgraded to a red card.

The panel discussed this decision at length with the majority (3:2) deeming the onfield decision incorrect. The majority (3:2) believed that VAR should have intervened and recommended an OFR for a red card to be awarded as they believed that the challenge endangered the safety of the opponent.. Two members of the panel highlighted that they didn’t think the potential foul was clear and obvious enough for VAR to get involved and a caution sufficed.
That decision was exactly what legacy media required this afternoon, no comment on the Donnelly and Murray incidents is bypassed with the message sent out that Celtic and Hatate were favoured.
Following the events of July 2012 the SFA know that there won’t be a word of complaint from Celtic, if the social media levels of unrest reach a certain level the ‘surprised and disappointed’ statement template is refreshed followed by zero follow up from Michael Nicholson.

Yang got sent to the dressing room at Tynecastle for an incident that occured when he was the player in possession and was trying to lob his opponent. We were assured by the media that this was an outrageous act and could have resulted in the severe injury of a player. Let’s be ridiculous and accept this snidey version of events. By applying these criteria the elbow in the face to Idah, the forearm smash attempt at Schmeichel and the ridiculously high boot on Ralston are ALL sending off offences without any recourse to VAR neede. Celtic’s silence on thus is head scratching. I sincerely hope a catalogue of these weekly “caught on camera” vicious assaults on anyone, everyone wearing Celtic colours is being compiled and ready to go the next time the ref/VAR decide that a Celtic player going off the field of play would greatly benefit their opponent.
On a connected issue, I also hope the comparisons are being made between a Celtic player leaving the field early in the game against the old tried and tested opponent, especially a Sevco player, exiting the proceedings when the game is well beyond retrieval and Celtic are coasting.

Regarding pictures of young Lennon miller outside paradise , I can confirm they are genuine and his mothers side of his family are a massive Celtic fans from the east end of Glasgow , so I very much doubt he’ll sign for sevco , I believe that Hatate will move in the summer and miller will come in to compete as we need 5 strong guys in there for the 3 main positions.
