Internacional have less than two weeks to agree terms with Celtic to sign Alexandro Bernabei on a permanent basis.
The defender had a highly successful loan spell with the Brazilian side but there was no commitment included in the loan deal.
Seba Ongarelli is a Glasgow based Argentinian student who has been a long term Celtic fan, being seen regularly on social media with various Celtic players and personalities.

Unfortunately for Internacional it seems that Bernabei has been too successful on loan, being voted left-back of the Year gets you noticed with other clubs bound to be interested and at least in discussions with Celtic over a transfer.
Celtic can be in talks with any club they like about Bernabei, reject an offer from Internacional then it is upto the player to decide if he wants to be transferred or return to Celtic where playing time looks extremely unlikely.
Bernabei holds an Italian passport, after 18 months in Europe at Celtic a move to Serie A would seem the most likely next destination in his career.
Brazilian clubs are massive exporters of players with the transfer flow tending to be outbound rather than spending big to sign a 24-year-old for a decent sized fee from Europe.
