It doesn’t take much to send Jonny McFarlane off into a fit of excitement.
Last night Hamza Igamane was the source of much joy- after scoring his first SPFL goals of the season he has been compared to Sevco’s all time leading goal scorer Alfredo Morelos.
That will be the washed out 27-year-old that left Ibrox as a free agent with zero interest across Europe before signing for a club about to be relegated from the Brazilian top flight for the first time in their history.
Over the course of six seasons Morelos never managed more than 19 SPFL goals in a season , picking up one winners medal from the closed doors season when he finally managed to score against Celtic.
Igamane giving serious Morelos vibes. There’s a player in there all right.

Igamane was one of the star signings of the summer with £1.75m paid to Moroccan side FAR Rabat (yes, that is the name of a football club) to spearhead the Clement Revolution!
All it took was 13 goals in 38 appearances in the Moroccan League to convince Clement that he was getting the rising star of African football.
With McFarlane Head of Digital Sport at The Herald, Glasgow Times, National and the Rangers Review a string of glowing stories are assured to try and kick start the mythical Player Trading Model.
Similar efforts have been trialed this year on Mohamed Diomande, Connor Barron, Jefte and Oscar Cortes, unfortunately no genuine offers are expected to be made next month although numerous clubs will be keeping tabs, watching developments and be poised to launch record bids.
Just like Alfie who is back in Colombia waiting to hear what charges he will face following a drink driving accident that left a motorcyclist seriously injured.
Should watch him with your specks on
BTW hope he is the new morelos guy was a fat dick and gave us years of amusement

Some tosspot football finance advisor Dan Plumley is bragging today on ibrox noise (ah know but it’s comedy gold guaranteed) that sevco sevco can easily afford to finance the £4 million quid for Lennon Miller.
Just what is it these people are smoking and drinking making statements like that.
This klown even goes on to talk about present £17.2 million loss for the season so far but not including the £13 million borrowed on top taking it £30 million + and rising, but the 4 million quid is easy enough to find to spend on Miller.
A GLUE SNIFFER OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY.
Lol 4 million bangers to splash on Miller, but haggling with Aberdeen about a few nickel&dimes for a player that looks as if he has just walked out of his scratcher on to a playing field, the poor man’s Boris Johnson stuntman.
Looks like he enjoys the same Scooby Snacks as big Alfoodo does ? The other striker lots of people think will be at Ibroxland next summer – Mr Shankland – looks rather corpulent also ..to my untrained eye of course .
