It seems that the hope from the League Cup Final followed by the reality of St Mirren and Motherwell has proved to be a tipping point for many bears.
Coming over Christmas with Celtic first footing on Thursday not only has the life been drained away from many bears but also the anger that has kept them going through a run that has saw them watch Celtic win 20 of the last 25 domestic trophies.
The 2024 League Cup Final victory took the hoops onto 119 trophies, a significant figure for those trying to block out the events of 2012.
The staunch defiance of the last decade is looking increasingly pointless with the freak success of 2020/21 now very vulnerable as Celtic fans prepare to laugh their way to #title55 in the spring time.

Some of the staunchest names on social media are openly condemning the Directors, management and major shareholders at Ibrox for the state that their Tribute Act has descended into.
Fans refused to accept the modern reality of only being able to pay for players that were affordable- that demand has left several shareholders down tens of millions of pounds for the delivery of three trophies in 12 years.
The new CEO looks likely to introduce austerity to the club, there will be more Connor Barron and Liam Kelly level signings as Aberdeen and Dundee United challenge for second place with their fans taunting the remaining bears still screaming that bizarre mix of defiance and superiority.
Plenty of lively banter, discussion and mocking of the afflicted on the latest Trinity Tims podcast, give it a look and subscribe if you want regular content that won’t ever overlap with the succulent mainstream cheerleaders.

Zero self awareness from the klan.
It’s they themselves that are driving the club into another liquidation.
The last 12 years have been wasted just because they cannot accept being 2nd best.
So they find themselves no further forward and heading for more financial disaster.
The media have fed them rainbows and moonbeams this whole time which just gives them a false sense of security, but it was the same the 1st time round too.
The 5WA gave Sevco a get out of jail free card which they have used to steamroll their way through the spfl.
It would be in Scottish footballs best interests to get this out in the open, everyone holds their hands up, and we go again.
Take Sevco’s trump card away, cos they sure as hell know something that allows them to behave the way they do without consequence.
That is a brilliant comment bhoy4life,yes let’s get this 5 way agreement out in the open,it would maybe shut them up once and for all because at the moment they seem to have the SFA and Celtic by the baws ,that’s why Celtic and the SFA never challenge any of their outrageous behaviour.
Agreed
With respect Jim, Celtic has no obvious reason to be held “by the baws” by the 5-Way.
Lawwell (CEO at the time) is on record as saying he’d never seen the 5-Way but personally I don’t believe him as it’s preposterous to believe such an agreement could’ve been made without his knowing and concurrence. He’s just too fly to put his name to such a stitch-up. If you’ve seen the 5-Way which came as an attachment to an email you’ll know that Celtic PLC (or FC) is not mentioned. The likelihood, imo, is that it may not have been signed by anyone. The email was sent out to various recipients, including Eric Riley and Peter Lawwell at Celtic, but it said if no dissenters came forward then it was accepted. This was an email sent out around 9.00PM (26 Jul 2012) to be accepted/rejected by 10.00 AM (27 Jul 2012). A 13 hour time-frame! Even by the funny handshake brigade’s abnormal practice, that stinks. It was clearly accepted prior to the email being sent and so the 5-Way came into being. The haste was due to the new huns being due to play Brechin on 29th July 2012. Even with all their scheming it was Sevco Scotland Limited that played Brechin that day as can be proven by a visit to Companies House which shows Sevco Scotland Limited changed its name to The Rangers Football Club Limited 2 days after that match was played, i.e. 31st July 2012. This is really apt here: “You can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time!”
Wallow Wallow is the most tasty and delicious Swallow Swallow at the minute !
Just truly beautiful reading !
have aberdeen been paid for barron yet ?.
Despite all the speculation nonsense in the SMSM,
the sevco January transfer window activity could be;
Transfers Out – nil. (Can’t get rid of overpaid, mince players.)
Transfers In – nil. (No money to buy. At best, a loanee until May?)
Maybe punting Clement just before ST’s go on sale will help shift them? 🙂
Real Ibrox played fairly well and could have won the League Cup against Celtic.
Nothing to worry about Fans.
When your Club forks out exorbitant wages and doesn’t win everything, you end up
dispirited. With respect to Team Income, Gio van Bronckhorst was the best Manager RIFC had in recent years. When his team got too many points behind Celtic (less than today’s 14), growling Bears forced Gio’s sacking. Clement’s Champion young team can get better. Dumbarton FC, last in standings (Scottish League1) and Caley Thistle
second last, are both in receivership. One of these Clubs spent too big too fast, with insufficient income. I won’t give growling Bears any gratuitous advice, except
“You don’t know how lucky You are”
