Brendan Rodgers had made five changes to the Celtic side that beat Motherwell on Thursday for today’s match at home to St Johnstone.
The hoops boss has rotated his squad throughout this month with Callum McGregor, Greg Taylor and Daizen Maeda missing from today’s Starting XI.
Alistair Johnston replaces Tony Ralston at right-back after missing the last two matches with Alex Valle coming in for Taylor at left-back.
Reo Hatate replaces McGregor in midfield, in attack Yang Hyun-jun keeps his place with Kyogo Furuhashi and Nicolas Kuhn back in the Starring XI.
Back in September Celtic beat St Johnstone 6-0 in Perth, since then Simo Valakari has taken over as manager but has his work cut out with the Saints two points adrift of Hearts at the bottom of the SPFL Premiership table.
