After a Revolution! that lasted less than three days Steely is leading the calls for Phil Clement to be sacked.

Nicky Raskin is no longer the best midfielder in the country while Ianis Hagi has dumped his suit and post-match interviews.

As for his thoughts on Liam True Blue Kelly, they are best left unsaid.

From Thursday tea-time as was well in the world for Steely and the bears.

Before the visit of Celtic to Ibrox the match was a dead-rubber but by the time the final whistle was blown the blue shoots of a fresh Revolution had been launched.

Clement had sussed out Brendan Rodgers, Callum McGregor had been sorted out with Clement’s exciting young side favourites to win next season’s treble.

And then the football resumed.

Clement has won two of his last seven matches but since one of them was the reason for existence for 99% of loyal bears he remains in a job.

Three wins, four draws and four defeats away from home is the record in the SPFL Premiership where they trail Celtic by 13 points after losing out in the League Cup Final.

Having channelled all of his squads focus into beating Celtic the Belgian Waffler has picked up just two points out of nine against St Mirren, Motherwell and Hibs. Next up is Dundee away on Thursday night.

Despite the appliance of science through the Sports Scientists Dujon Sterling joins John Souttar, Leon Balogun, James Tavernier and Nana Kasanwirjo on the treatment table.

That leaves Clement with Robin Propper and Leon King as his last remaining central defenders, Propper.

Steely and the Ibrox podders should be very watchable again over the next few days and weeks.

When a six year stretch at the Sunday Mirror came to an end it was clear that the future was digital, print had ran its race.
Smart phones and social media created a new landscape, Video Celts has certainly made an impact with Joe described as having an unhealthy obsession by Peter Lawwell at the 2024 Celtic AGM. A priceless endorsement, cheers big man.
There are issues breaking around the clock, no two days are the same more than 50 years on from his first match Joe is enjoying every success for Scotland's Most Successful Club.
