Going by the Sky Sports reaction to a 1-1 draw at Dundee on Thursday night you’d think there was a matter of national significance being discussed.
With a record of three wins from 11 matches away from home, drawing away to Dundee was an entirely expected outcome for Phil Clement’s exciting young side.
Over an extended period they have shown that they aren’t very good, even when their wage bill massively swamps opponents like St Mirren, Motherwell, Hibs and Dundee.
Super sub Danilo will easily be paid out more at the end of this month than the 11 starters that Dundee were able to muster with just seven players fit enough to be listed as substitutes.
Clement was missing a couple of dodgy centre-halfs and you got the impression that his squad had been ravaged.
He was able to start with a midfield of Ianis Hagi, Mohamed Diomande and Connor Barron, all described in Balon d’Or like terms in the last six months.
The Morrican Messi led the attack with support from the Prince of Albania and a Slovakian winger that was transferred for £10m in 2023 and who played in the 2024 Euros.
It was quite an attacking line up available to Clement with Rabbi Matondo and Oscar Cortes on the bench to stretch tiring limbs later on in the match.
The players failed, the manager failed and the club is failing. Eleven sets of supporters in the SPFL Premiership are lapping up the pain of the bears and the anguish of their media cheerleaders.
Dundee had 7 players 21 and under playing. Followed with a 22 year old and a 23 year old.
Missing 9 or 10 players including the star player in Lyall Cameron.
A 19 year old Mexican youth internationalist made his home debut and had an outstanding display.

But if you only caught the punditry you’d never have known – they just want to talk about Rangers this, Rangers that, Rangers manager, Rangers transfer activity, How bad were Rangers – but they’ll definitely win their next game!
Mainstream media in Scottish football is sickeningly awful and our game deserves so much better than relentless weegie drivel.
This morning the Clement Revolution trails leaders Celtic by 15 points, eighth placed Hibs are 15 points behind the Ibrox Tribute Act who can fall back on home comforts tomorrow when St Johnstone visit Ibrox.

The DPC most certainly has a point but I don’t like them kinda linking ‘them’ with us by calling the Sky stuff “weegie drivel”. It’s not “weegie drivel” it’s Belgian waffle, new hun manager’s drivel or new hun supporter’s (like Boyd) drivel and that should be specifically called out. The Old Firm died in 2012 when half of it went into Liquidation. Rangers FC died and a new company, Sevco Scotland Limited was shoe-horned IN to the lowest level of pro football and it had absolutely no right to be admitted as it had NO footballing history and should NOT be referred to as a club. It’s an ‘off-the-shelf’ company now just as it was in 2012. We know THE TRUTH. Never let them forget it!
Yes they were shoehorned into the 4th level but there were/are 7 levels so not the bottom.
How will they ever know if we don’t tell them the truth
Make huns greet again ????
The distinction is between pro and semi-pro, and as TicToc clearly says lowest level of pro football then SPFL League 2 is indeed the bottom.
When telling the truth, then it’s important to be factually correct!
PLEASE JUST KEEP THE BASTARDS AWAY FROM INVERNESS !!!!
It’s relentless hun, not weegie, drivel, since, like most of the hun fans, the commentators don’t come from Glasgow, eg Boyd and Dodds are from Ayrshire.
As a Glaswegian Tim, I feel the need to point that out.
The zombie club is based in Glasgow but that’s where the connection ends.
I’d just like to add a “Hear hear” to the comments of TicToc and Tony B.
If the Dens boy starts paying attention he’ll find it’s 99.9% purest hun drivel with only the most grudging of acknowledgements for Celtic. Even when we utterly destroy them it’s never about how well we played it’s how bad they were and then a lengthy discussion about what Sevco can do to stop that happening to ghem again.
Every. Single. Time.
That clown in the middle of your main pic is one of the worst for me
Another ex hun who’s coaching career was a disaster then scuttles back to a cushy media number to sit in tv studios talking like he’s Pep
Just backs them up every time on any decision that goes for or against them .
A shameless Ibrox cheerleader , get him to f*ck
