Ianis Hagi looked far from his boy band pin-up best as he faced the media on Friday at Murray Park.
It seems like the native English speakers were in hiding when the PR manager entered the dressing room with the deflection excuses ahead of Sunday’s match away to Hearts.
With 13 SPFL matches left to play Hagi and his pals have next to nothing to play for other than to try and avoid further humiliation as opposing fans gloat over the home defeat from the fifth best team in The Championship.

It was probably one of the worst days I’ve had. The disappointment was huge and unfortunately, as a football player, even though you don’t want to, sometimes you have to go through these types of scenarios.
Hagi had the added insult of being replaced early in the second half by Ridvan Yilmaz. The Turkish left-back that has lost his place to Jefte.
Fortunately for the Romanian playmaker his Ibrox contract expires in the summer, after five years split by a season on loan at Alaves he will be able to walk away in the summer and take his mediocre career elsewhere, away from the baying mob and their unrealistic demands.
In the spirit of the Scottish media no one asked Hagi about his contract and his hopes of winning a new deal to extend his Ibrox misery.

Anybody actually got any idea what this guy has actually achieved since he came here?
There’s been more than a few “ superstars” come and gone from that train wreck of a club, but for me, he is the biggest flop of them all.
What do they see when he’s on the park?
He wouldn’t stand out in league 1 here.
