Stevie Clifford shared all of the agony of a Scottish Cup defeat through his watch-along of the Scottish Cup defeat from Queens Park.

A little taste of fame does strange things to people, no sane person would have continued in front of the camera going into stoppage time in the worst defeat in the 12 and a half year history of your club.

Clifford is the brains behind the Four Lads Had a Team podcast, explaining why all is hunky dory at Ibrox after some chummy chat with Mister Clement following home wins.

Just over a month ago a corner was turned when Celtic were beaten 3-0, Clifford was soon discussing Chelsea’s interest in Jefte while Hamza Igamane was described as a generational talent.

The good days were just around the corner as the messages from inside the club were loyally relayed on to the Gullible & Deluded.

It seems that reality has finally visited the lads on Ibrox Fan Media.

They asked the big questions at the media conference following the Scottish Cup exit, diplomatically they asked Clement if he was going to resign, when he knocked that back they followed up asking why not.

Fan media forced out Giovanni van Bronckhorst and Micky Beale, if new CEO Paddy Stewart doesn’t oblige it won’t just be the manager that the mob will be baying for at the next home match.

We went live almost straight after yesterday’s match, it had been arranged well in advance but as they say timing is everything.

When a six year stretch at the Sunday Mirror came to an end it was clear that the future was digital, print had ran its race.
Smart phones and social media created a new landscape, Video Celts has certainly made an impact with Joe described as having an unhealthy obsession by Peter Lawwell at the 2024 Celtic AGM. A priceless endorsement, cheers big man.
There are issues breaking around the clock, no two days are the same more than 50 years on from his first match Joe is enjoying every success for Scotland's Most Successful Club.

  • Terence Nova says:

Apparently …to lighten the mood…Sevco invited the support to come in fancy dress yesterday…and thousands turned up disguised as seats !!

23 seconds in, he nearly coughs out his bottom set of dentures. Hilarious ?

  • Terence Nova says:

Meant to say…It also deprives them of further…desperately needed… gate and tv money …What’s not to like ?..

Having to pay the BBC licence was worth it last night to see the utter shock and disgust on wee Billy Dodds’s coupon during the Sportscene highlights of theRangers losing to lowly Queens Park . Wee Doddery was crestfallen and absolutely dejected. Here’s a thought …had big Pip lost the dressing room pre game and theRangers players did not try a leg just to get rid of him intentionally ? Too much arrogance and disdain from the Belgian perhaps over too long a period ?
