It turned into a mixed January transfer window for Celtic fans and manager Brendan Rodgers, as although the speculation rumour mill proved to be true when it came to the departure of Kyogo Furuhashi, the other major headline from the month came in the shape of a returning Jota.

With our unexpected Champions League journey now at an end, and with it being incredibly likely that we will again lift the Scottish Premiership title, thoughts are slowly turning to what kind of business we might do during the summer months in an effort to improve the group even further with an eye to repeating this season’s European nights and hopefully making further progress.

For those fans who enjoy online casino games when football is not taking up their attention, there are a plethora of things to consider when you make your decisions and the choice of fast withdrawal casinos in the UK would be one of the questions to ask yourself as you gambled sensibly and within your limits, as much like transfers, nothing is guaranteed.

As the speculation rumour mill continues to gear up for the summer we can expect a good number of incoming links once again, but as is par for the course, there are always potential outgoings and stories are already doing the rounds concerning the future of star Nicolas Kuhn.

With the 25 year old German joining us in the January 2024 window, he has exploded to life this campaign and with 38 games across all competitions to his name, he has chipped in with a very impressive 18 goals, and 12 assists.

It would simply be a safe and educated guess to assume that some clubs from south of the border would be keeping track of his progress, and it is now being claimed that Crystal Palace, Everton and Leeds United are the first three clubs to better throw their hat into the ring with an eye to a summer move.

Few would doubt that if Kuhn continues developing this way that he might prove to be a tasty addition to the Premier League, but from our point of view we would be very unlikely sellers right now, so if any of the claimed interest proves to be true, we would be very interested in a bidding war developing. On that front we would likely welcome addition interest just to drive the price up further and maximise on whatever our internal valuation is on him.

Given his Champions League performances this campaign, it is being rumoured that the likes of Newcastle United and Brentford are also now watching him as a potential option for next season now that they have been better made aware of his talents.

Having cost us only a reported £3 million when he joined from Austrian side Rapid Vienna just over 12 months ago, if we could be talked into sanctioning a sale here with the offer of the right price, at the very minimum we are easily talking offers in the double millions here, and given his return so far in 2024/25 there is no real reason why in this market with average Premier League spending, we should not be looking for £15 million as a baseline for opening options.

It would represent speedy and solid profit at a fee in that region, and as long as it is reinvested in the group appropriately – despite his talents – we could improve the over all group even further.
