  1. “Prospective new Rangers owner Andrew Cavenagh has been spotted at Ibrox as he closes in on his proposed takeover”

HIS takeover? I thought it was the 49ers? Or have the meedja been talking utter pish again?

    /rhetorical question…

Editor: When you are constantly telling porkies/shifting the goal posts it is hard to keep track.

    1. They’re talking utter pish again when they say Prospective ‘Rangers’ – As ‘Rangers’ are very very dead !

      1. Clach, we should never stop pointing out that fact. I despair of Celtic supporters who refer to that mob as ‘Rangers.’ WTF is that all about. Keep on fighting the good fight, a chara.

        Hail Hail.

  2. This new owner gambit could be just the very thing for Celtic, a revived rangers should stimulate our board to press ahead with the rebuilding of the main stand.

Editor: Need to be a hell of a revival to bring back to life a club that died in 2012, there is a thing called European football to stimulate the Celtic board but unfortunately it requires some hard work and hiring professionals rather than family members to achieve success. Can’t see that being popular.

    1. Joe (McAleer) – How can you revive ‘Rangers’ who are dead as the do do…

My daddy has been deceased for almost 19 years now, but I wouldn’t mind a half and a half pint in the pub with him again…

If you know how to revive him please get in touch !!!

    2. Why do they keep goiung on about Andrew cavanagh he DOESN’T own the 49rs it’s the York family headed by bud York cavanagh works for him when York was asked about rangers he not interested don’t like their chants and songs

  3. Lol had a look on Football Insider this morning to get a good auld laugh and I wasn’t disappointed.
They have an article on Ronaldo Raskin will full on praise from a Leeds United connection in the hope Leeds might buy him in the summer.
They have quoted a Leeds United legend in being so impressed with Ronaldo Raskin, the legends name they quoted was Stuart Dallas never heard of James Hunt.

That’s how desperate these ARSEHOLES in the Scottish press are for pushing a bit of publicity for the klan klub.

As for the COMEDY trio that showed up yesterday apparently ready to throw some £300 million at the klub from ibrox, all they wanted to talk about was the weather, fuck they could have that dopey cunt Sean Batty from STV to have to them about the weather, without inviting the 3 Stooges.

  4. Looks like a group of blokes going for a walk to the pub, of a Sunday afternoon?

Yes, a rather staged PR opportunity: so when is the public announcement…

about whatever it is they are really up to?

  5. Looked awkward walking round around the bin area. Even billionaires look cheap at Ibrox and Is that, as the Americans would say, “ladies slacks” Cavanagh is wearing”?

I was hoping a couple of local worthies would have waylaid them but they must have been well warned.

Poor Paddy doesn’t look to happy as I guess he won’t be around for the revolution.

  6. To think the Army of ex theRangers players and affiliates employed by the BBC in wee Scotland that were snubbed , ignored and totally uninvited to the publicity pow -wow ! No , it was big Rangers Bandwagon of Stv who was afforded the luxury of being scoop no 1 for the occasion . A guy who cannot read big lettered words from an autocue without screwing it up ! Obviously pre warned not to scare the horses with tricky questions…nowt to worry about there !

  7. Would have been handy if they’d have brought a tin of polyfila wae them each !!!!!!!!!
