The Union Bears changed their tactics yesterday as they were acknowledged by the 5-in-a-row Ibrox record-breakers following the 2-0 defeat from Hibs.
In the far corner of the stadium the Hibs fans celebrated their side’s victory, keeping them on course for third place in the SPFL with guaranteed European group stage football next season if Celtic win the Scottish Cup.
As James Tavernier led the apologetic players towards the Copland Front section they were met with silence, not a word, not a peep from the Ibrox Ultras.
Once the players turned to go back to the dressing room the anger was unleashed as they called out the serial losers that have left Celtic two wins away from #title55.
The Celtic celebrations could be as early as Saturday, if Brendan Rodgers’ side beat St Johnstone and Kilmarnock the Union Bears will head to Aberdeen next Sunday for 90 minutes of taunting and abuse from the Pittodrie faithful.
Last night Tavernier was reported to be disappointed at the result and concerned over how the impact on the attendance at his Testimonial Match in July with details expected to be announced shortly.
Still a bit disappointed, that after that horrible bluenosed temp, threw his team under the bus after yesterday’s brilliant result, that I wasn’t driving the bus.
Will get over that disappointment all the same, but was amazed at the claim of the temp, saying that the serial losers won’t be pretty for the remainder of the season?
Is that even humanely possible, to make hun scum more uglier than they are already?
Would be some achievement if the bluenosed temp succeeds all the same?
