Celtic appear to have prepared an in-house tifo for today’s presentation day against St Mirren.
Memorably, the Green Brigade has provided this ‘service’ in recent years, capturing the essence of the club, matching the passion of the support with the success and achievements of the players and management.
This season the uneasy relationship between the Ultras group and the club executives has continued downhill with recent requests for Tifos refused by the club.
Last Saturday, the first home match after winning the league there was no large scale acknowledgement of title 55 allowed by the club.

Taking tifos in-house is a big step by the club and unlikely to be backed by a significant section of supporters, it will be telling whether the standing section around area 111 has been included for the tifo.
While a Green Brigade Tifo can be trusted, the in-house one might decide to honour and recognise the contribution of the club Chairman, CEO or even a former Recruitment Chief who stepped down in March 2024 with no sign of taking up a football job since then.
The in-house Tifo could be to pay tribute to some business partners including the transport form owned by the second biggest shareholder in the 2012 Ibrox Tribute Act. ‘Thanks again to our friends at Parks of Hamilton’ can’t be ruled out or support for Brian Wilson’s favourite Union.
Yesterday Celtic joined forces with Glasgow City Council urging fans not to get involved in illegal gatherings and celebrations after today’s match.
Enthusiasm for the ‘event’ in the Trongate had been waning but after the statements from the club and Glasgow City Council the numbers today are expected to be higher than ever.
Despite the attitude from the boardroom the bond between Brendan Rodgers, the players and the fans has rarely been stronger.
NOTE: Two weeks after 30 to 40 missiles were aimed at Vil Sinisalo at Ibrox Celtic have yet to make any comment on the incidents involving their O** F*** partners.
The PLC waste money on a shitey scab TIFO whilst refusing to engage with fan groups and adopting a cup final ticket process designed to block many faithful fans from getting to Hampden so they can maximise profits.
A constant embarrassment like the Whites/Kellys before them. https://t.co/uf6Lc6NobM

The disconnect between Celtic & our supporters continues to grow.
It’s concerning that the club continues to associate more & more with English football pushing fans as secondary. https://t.co/05JvOLKNPo

You can just imagine it – in-house “tifo” used for advertising Celtic Insurance, the launch of the latest adidas x Celtic golf/polo range and dafabet…..
Get inty them
Peter and silent Mick stick your tiffo up your arse
How much longer do we have to put up with a board, that treat supporters like dirt. The board if full of people who don’t care about anyone but themselves.
Few years ago when renewing ST you got one
European game, one friendly and discount in Celtic shop, slowly they have taken benefits away.Unlike the board we buy ST because we support and love Celtic
Don’t be surprised if the standing area is full of smoke now. They will maybe send the board a message by holding up letters telling them where to go. Only the celtic board can mess things up on a grand scale as i think most fans will not take part making the whole thing a shambles.
What is an “illegal gathering” before during and after a football match????
Football without fans is nothing
It wouldn’t surprise me if Michael O’Leary told jokes about Celtics relationship and treatment of their customers ?
However Celtic supporters should recognise that Celtics owner, who is the only billionaire in the world to make money from ownership of a football club, his trusty lieutenant ( PL ) and his mini me mute Mike wholeheartedly consider the Celtic Supporters as “Punters”, or Customers. Not important and, if the opportunity presents itself, to replace these “Punters / Customers with higher margin higher value buyers then more revenue is generated. To consider themselves to be more than simply ticket buying customers is folly I’m afraid. DD and PL have personally trousered millions from DDs ownership of Celtic ( PL set it up after all! )
DD Does not OWN celtic he just has the most shares and does not have a controlling block. Why folk pander to him escapes me. He has never put a cent into the club other than buy shares thats it. He has drawn a fortune out by dint of board membership as has his boy. PL is another who has never put a cent in but has shares i.e performance based and taken millions in salery. Nicolson is now doing the same nothing in plenty out.
What can be done. Form a fan based faction and start buying shares on the quiet. Easily done
Ditch the Green Brigade permanently. They cannot be allowed to rule the club. Plenty of supporters ready to take their place.
Maybe if the GB paid heed to previous warnings then perhaps the club wouldn’t be taking these steps?
Its not a surprise, this hasn’t been suddenly thrust at the GB out of the blue.
Been going to Celtic Park over 60 yrs now, there has nvr been a lack of atmosphere in the ground, with or without the GB, a little humility wouldn’t do them any harm.
