Barry Ferguson believes that he has been disrespected for being Scottish.
In his third senior manager’s job, following on from stints at Clyde and Alloa, Ferguson has maintained a win ratio of around 30%.
His only success in management was at Kelty Hearts where they stormed to the Lowland League title ahead of Edinburgh University, Civil Service Strollers, Cumbernauld Colts and Caledonian Braves.
Being staunch and getting it doesn’t carry much weight in management with rookie bosses Michael Wimmer and David Gray having won as many matches this year at Ibrox as Ferguson.
Hosting media conferences has been a real strain for Ferguson, with two matches left as interim boss his paranoia has increased as he realises that on Saturday his stint in the dug out will come to an end.

Until mid February Ferguson was part of the media circuit, sharing his thoughts with the Daily Record and Go Radio.
For most Scottish reporters he is something of a hero, the player that they grew up admiring and wanting to emulate.
His record as interim boss is much worse than Phil Clement and miles behind that of Micky Beale.
Ferguson’s weekend media conferences should be epic, especially if he is laughed at and ridiculed through Saturday’s match away to Hibs.
A crowd of around 30,000 is expected at Ibrox as this season’s serial losers bring their home campaign to an end, by the time the players take their lap of honour there is unlikely to be more than 5,000 loyal bears in the stadium.
Rangers are my team, never hidden that. Be strange to have someone working on Sportsound that didn’t support a team.

It will interesting to see how they spin when they break the news the FAKEOVER is no more, or even if it was to go ahead but the money the media put out there being available for new players and the complete rebuild of the team the stadium and the training complex doesn’t exist.
They will probably push it out there as a 5-10 year project with so many millions being spent over that period, with it being a long term project.
