Celtic fans flooded in to Glasgow Cross to celebrate their side becoming Scottish champions for the 55th time.
It was mainly a stale and flat performance in the 1-1 draw at home to St Mirren lit up by a 93rd minute goal from James Forrest making it 16 seasons running that the winger has been on the scoresheet.
After that the trophy was presented, the players enjoyed a lap of honour complete with streamers and ticker-tape.
With clear blue skies and temperatures in the mid-twenties it was the ideal setting before the supporters headed off to continue their celebrations.
Despite the warning from Glasgow City Council, Police Scotland and from Celtic the area around Glasgow Cross was quickly turned green and white.
Fans that hadn’t been in the stadium were out in force, meeting up with supporters making their way from the stadium.
No bins, skips or toilets were provided but with 55 titles on the board nothing was going to stop the celebrations for Scotland Most Successful Club.

Yet they pandered to the Orange Order to claim VE Day and indulged their fascistic, flagshagger bigot fest. Even though VE Day was not today and they could just as easily have held it last weekend, to avoid the trouble they were clearly hellbent on causing by ensuring that it coincided with our title celebrations.
Magnificent party – Thank Youse ma fellow Celtic supporters for not listening to all the clowns in ‘authority’ and having a great day !!!
