GLASGOW, SCOTLAND - AUGUST 17: Rangers' Leon Balogun, James Tavernier,, Connor Barron, Ross McCausland and Cyriel Dessers celebrate with the fans at full time during a Premier Sports Cup last sixteen match between Rangers and St Johnstone at Hampden Park, on August 17, 2024, in Glasgow, Scotland. Some loyal bears have given up on their club, walking away from their Season Tickets.
From noon today some fans on the waiting list will get the chance to shell out £700 for a Season Ticket and the opportunity to prove how loyal they are by buying additional club items, earning My Gers points to put them in line for bonus items such as cup final tickets.
There will always be a few fans that pass away over the course of a season but at clubs like Celtic those tickets are quickly ‘looked after’ by family members.
It seems that 13 years of unrelenting misery and failure has broken some bears, a younger generation of potential fans are no longer follow following as loyalty as their parents and grand-parents.
New season ticket sales for the 2025-26 men’s campaign will commence at 12:00 on Friday 20 June.
We are now preparing to offer eligible MyGers members on the waiting list the chance to secure their seat at Ibrox.

Despite the excitement and spin generated by Andrew Cavenagh’s power grab no players have been added to the serial losers that finished last season 17 points behind Celtic.
In January the club announced that Lyall Cameron had agreed a pre-contract deal to move from Dundee, the midfielder will report to Murray Park on Monday with his compensation fee still to be agreed. Oscar Cortes will be back with a £4.5m fee agreed last summer.
The lack of new faces will be matched by the return of serial losers with Robin Propper and Cyriel Dessers agreeing deals to move elsewhere with FC Twente and AEK Athens just sitting back waiting for the asking price to fall while the players look for sweeteners to move off the wage bill.
Ahead of Monday’s EGM not one fan group or fan media outlet has raised a single question or concern about Cavenagh, his motives and plans for the future.

In the last hour the Sevco Board has announced the following…. “In our previous official statement, we invited ELIGIBLE waiting list members to apply for Season Tickets ….That should have read…GULLIBLE members ….and not Eligible members.. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused “.
I thought i read somewhere last week that the average Ibroxland season ticket is being increased in price by £100 sovs . It was all done on the QT . It obviously worked a treat as not one SMSM scoop has picked up on the severe price hike . They obviously are aware of the ‘ slap,in the face ‘ piss taking deed …but decided again to toe the Govanlandia line and keep schtum ! I wonder why ? I’m knackered with a capital ‘ F ‘ if I know !
But, But, But – Is there not a TWENTY THOUSAND waiting list…
And a Stadium increase mooted to a capacity of 70,000…
There again – I read on here that that info came from The Scummy’s
And then I woke up and had ma truthful cornflakes !
Yours for an unlimited period only, don’t avoid disappointment! Buy an overpriced £700 Season Ticket with the incentive to buy additional club merchandise such as the £90 (mid season priced £20) Umbro disguised Castore paper tissue shirt to earn My Gers bonus points to get priority for an improbable cup final ticket is a serial losers idiotic fan offer you can’t resist.
