Despite strong speculation Anthony Joseph has tweeted that there is no concrete interest from RB Leipzig in Nicolas Kuhn.
Defining concrete interest isn’t an easy task, it probably means that no direct talks have been held with Celtic but it would be a surprise if the 25-year-old hasn’t been discussed by the German club.
Having already spent time earlier in his career with Leipzig and after scoring twice against them in the Champions League it would be a surprise if Kuhn hasn’t featured in any recruitment discussions.
As our colleagues at @SkySportDE report, Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn is one of a number targets for RB Leipzig.
As things stands, there’s been nothing concrete. But that could well change as the window progresses. https://t.co/pMqNTivBBp

Kuhn is under contract until June 2028, he had 36 goal involvements in the season just finished which is unlikely to have been bettered by any other wide player that was involved in the Champions League.
Goals against RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich don’t come cheaply but his departure at this stage would be a massive blow to Celtic with a Champions League Play Off two months away.
With Jota out until the later part of the year Celtic are short on winger options, losing Kuhn and hoping that a replacement can get close to his impact would be a high risk move.

My only problem with him is…He’s a moody player who ” hides ” in certain games…and isn’t reliable…No doubting his talent…but it’s not backed up by attitude…I’m not sure he’ll be snapped up for big money.
Totally agree. Those goals he scored in the champions league were in the couple of months that he was on form for Celtic, that won’t have clubs desperate to sign him.. It could be argued that the rest of the season his attitude was very questionable. Hid at Ibrox after taking a hefty challenge. That says more to me about the type of player he is.
