The Green Brigade will pay tribute through a Tifo to two Lisbon Lions ahead of Sunday’s SPFL opener against St Mirren.
Since title 55 was clinched at the end of last season John Clark and John Fallon have both passed on, two Lanarkshire men that lived the dream through Celtic’s most successful era.
It will be a poignant moment, while Celtic enjoy another era of domestic domination the survivors from Lisbon are getting fewer and fewer.

News of a Tifo suggests that relations between the Green Brigade and the club have improved.
Last season there was no end of season Tifo to celebrate the title win and recognition for James Forrest as the club’s most successful ever player.
Pre-match Paul McStay will unfurl the SPFL Premiership flag for season 24/25 just as Brendan Rodgers sends his side out in search of the 25/26 title which would be the 56th in Celtic’s history, the 14th in the last 15 seasons.
Well done the green brigade, keep the flag flying high and show everyone the respect we have for these fallen giants of Celtic football club.hail hail and RIP to the two Johns real Celtic men.
Indeed Indeed Jim – Emotional day for sure… Especially for those in attendance that day who remember them playing !
