In a trademark move the Ibrox 49GERS have had a loan offer to Jesurun Rak-Sakyi of Crystal Palace rejected.

Robin Propper, Hamza Igamane, Leon King and Cyriel Dessers have all been in discussions to get out of Ibrox but no bids have been submitted for the serial losers
Rak-Sakyi impressed on loan at Sheffield United last season with Palace looking to secure a transfer fee on the back of that.
Excluding Oscar Cortes the 49GERS have spend £10m across the squad, now they are trying to get the message out that they are prepared to spend that on ONE player.
The Athletic reports:
Rangers have made an offer for Crystal Palace winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi.
The approach from the Scottish Premiership club was for an initial loan with a potential obligation to buy worth up to £10million.
The offer was rejected by Palace but Rangers’ pursuit of the 22-year-old remains ongoing and there is interest from elsewhere.
Leaking that story is clearly aimed at deflecting from the halting of transfer activity at Ibrox.
The usual messengers can speculate over it while Ben Davies, Rabbi Matondo, Ross McCausland and Jose Cifuentes sit tight on their lucrative contracts.
Despite being a transfer target for Martin since Day 1 Conor Coady remains a Leicester player with a contract running until June 2026.

Would it be outrageous to suggest the new huns wanted a loan without an obligation to buy, thereby being able to field a player they couldn’t afford for a full season?
Mind you, there’s a bit of history here where a previous Ibrox club fielded ineligible players, also players they couldn’t afford, for around a decade and the SFA found it hunky dory.
“Imperfectly registered but eligible” lied the SFA. 0-3 every game it should have been.
