Josh Clarke and Kyle Ure are reported to be wanted on loan by Partick Thistle.
Both players were involved in Celtic’s pre-season build up taking in Queens Park, Cork and Portugal but are in need of first team football to make the final leap as Celtic players.
Goalkeeper Clarke had a successful spell on loan at Ayr United last season while Ure completed a second season playing in the Lowland League.
Rather than repeat that it seems that there is an urgency at Celtic to place players out on loan with the prospect of regular first team football to accelerate their development.

Celtic have been linked with Co-operation Deals with Queens Park and Ayr United but nothing has been confirmed although Jude Bonnar made a scoring debut for Ayr United at the weekend.
Two players cvan go out on loan to any club but only under the special terms of the Co-operation Deals can three players go on loan with the option for them to be recalled with someone else sent on loan.
Celtic currently have three goalkeepers with first team experience and six midfielders which makes it unlikely that Clarke or Ure would be recalled.
