Celtic are reported to have revived their interest in signing Jakob Breum from Go Ahead Eagles.
The Dutch side were very public about a ‘deal’ last month with their CEO Jan Willem van Dop dismissive of Celtic’s negotiating skills.
Most fans would have assumed that Celtic would have ended their interest at that point but three weeks after covering the story Anthony Joseph is back on the trail.

Although initially reported as a winger it seems that Breum spent most of last season playing as an attacking midfielder.
Celtic appear very well stocked for midfielders which might suggest that one or more of their midfielders could soon be on the move.
The forward positions remain the priority area for Brendan Rodgers with the 0-0 home draw with Kairat Almaty underlining the problems that Celtic have.
Since the turn of the year the goals and assists of Kyogo Furuhashi and Nicolas Kuhn have been sold without any replacements brought in.
With three matches coming up in a nine day period before the transfer window closes Rodgers won’t have much time to be involved in transfer activity with a 7,000 mile round trip included in that time span.

doesn’t describe Breum to me – Doesn’t appear to be a winger, saw him & Balikwisha both playing behind the main striker recently.
Hopefully Celtic are working DEEP undercover and come up with names not in the mainstream media.
Now we could do with a RB, I’d suggest Calvin Ramsay on the fringes at Liverpool even a 6 x month loan would be ideal
