The Daily Record has revived the worldwide race to sign Hamza Igamane!

After drawing 1-1 away to Motherwell in the SPFL opener 11 days ago Russell Martin admitted, without being questioned, that Cyriel Dessers was the only player in his squad to attract a transfer bid.

That comment has been ignored by the Record and others as they attempt to push the illusion that there is a Player Trading Model at Ibrox.

Igamane has played for 15 minutes across six matches this season, last season was his first in European football during which he spent most of his time watching Cyriel Dessers labouring away as centre-forward.

With a blast of exciting news for their Army of Readers the Record reports:

Stade Rennes have reportedly made Rangers striker Hamza Igamane a signing priority as they prepare for life without Arnaud Kalimuendo.

Record Sport understands that Feyenoord are considering shattering their own transfer record by launching a big money move for the striker – while Lille have kept tables on the Morocco international throughout the summer.

Three classic words- Record Sport Understands. Feyenoord haven’t stopped laughing since selling Danilo two years ago for £6m.

L’Equipe?report that striker Kalimuendo has rejected a move to Leeds United – but the club remain in talks for a £20million sale to either Newcastle United or Brentford.

Later, the Record adds:

While Rangers’ boss Russell Martin has stated there has been no bids?for Igamane and expects him to ramp up his fitness against Alloa this weekend, Jeunes Footeux report that Rennes are considering an approach for the £15million-rated 22-year-old.

But the French side are far from alone in the search for Igamane’s signature with Moroccan outlet Le Matin stating that Marseille, Strasbourg, and Lens are also tracking a deal from Ligue 1.

Everton, West Ham and Brentford are said to be keen to take the forward to the Premier League, while Borussia Monchengladbach and Udinese are also named as interested suitors.

So eight more clubs to the so-called race for Igamane, the second choice striker last season for the second best team in Scotland.

“Bhoy4life understands” that his local club, the Stewarton Skinlifters, have also thrown their hat into the ring to sign the striker.
They have recently sold their star part time drain cleaner forward Eddie “the pipe” McClumpher for an undisclosed sum, but “Bhoy4life understands” that part of the fee was 40 seats that wurny burst for the club hoose, and that Eddie stuck his rod in the cludgie to help wi the drinking water at half time.
The Skinlifters are awaiting a reply from Sevco, and are hoping that Eddie’s skill with his rod might swing the deal their way as its well known the fans there like a wee swally fae the porcelain telephone.

Just as likely as any dreck that lot write over at the Daily Retard.

Lol this is just so funny, that was the shite they put out throughout the Summer that the Morrocan Messi and Ronaldo Raskin,Roberto(Carlos) Jefte and nice one Cyril had been heading out the door all for over a figure of £100-150 million in total.
All these months later and those 4 duds are still at the same klub.

The thing is if they are worth that in transfer fees why don’t the sevco klub pay them the wages a player of that value woukd be getting paid each week.
