Michel-Ange Balikwisha has decided to sign for Celtic according to Sacha Tavoleri.
The Belgian based reporter is an expert in his own country and has gained a decent reputation for getting ahead of the curve for deals outside of Belgium.
Since Como made contact with Celtic towards the end of last season the need for a winger or two has been obvious, Celtic lost Jota to a long term injury at the end of April.
Now five competitive matches into the season it seems that a first team ready winger is on his way to joining Brendan Rodgers squad.

The timeline for Balkiwisha isn’t the greatest, the Celtic squad will be travelling to and from Kazakhstan over the next four days followed by preparations for a Glasgow Derby a week today.
The trip to Ibrox is followed by an international break but after waiting so long Rodgers will be pleased to get Balikwisha signed up and be hoping that there is more to follow in the nine days remaining of the transfer window.
