2. Sorry way off topic but as much as I detest International football and given what happened to John Kennedy, I wonder if the fact that no Celtic players were in the Scotland starting 11 is a bit of a red flag.

   Only two Ralston and Tierney qualified for the squad.

      Clark should never manage another game. If scotland in this current set up get through they will be utterly humiliated. Lets hope no celtic players are involved

         In 2025 no Celtic player is deemed worthy of a start in a Scottish jersey by a Scottish manager..
         Are we buying too many overseas guys and not the cream of the Scottish crop?

         I suppose McGinn is a classic example.

         It wasn’t that long ago I think we had around 7 in the starting 11 which wasn’t ideal.

3. Maybe put my Gerrard twopence worth in. These 49ers don’t seem to have a clue. They appointed 4 stanchers and when that failed they then had a go at a bringing in human being in Martin and now Gerrard.

   In the video of the hotel confrontation, a fan loses it on being asked who he would have as manager. It was probably a rhetorical question but maybe not, as they seem to be limping along trying to appease the crowd

   Gerrard’s record is appalling and his only success was down to Lawwell and Lennon but it will get the hoards of their backs in the short term.

   They seem to have got themselves in something they couldn’t have imagined.

   Think he might be a bit too expensive / demanding for the new owners,

   A semi-retired, well known manager with a ‘Rangers legned’ as his assistant,

   would be the much cheaper – and an acceptable option – for the bears…?
