Jamie O’Hara is actually a really famous soccer player. If you doubt that check out google, Wikipedia or his profile on Transfermarkt.

The former Gillingham and Billericay Town midfielder made the claim during an appearance on Celebrity Big Brother.

For good measure he also has one of the biggest radio shows in Europe.

RADIO STAR

In reality he shares a studio with Fun Boy Jason Cundy late at night on TalkSPORT where they both try to find a personality.

After their football careers ended, their marriages failed and stints in coaching management were equally unsuccessful Cundy and O’Hara washed up together on radio.

Unable to find conventional broadcasting slots they slag off each other and which ever team has lost on the night. Apparently it is a right laugh.

While slagging off current millionaire footballers, manager and clubs the target is to draw in phone calls from angry fans,

The calibre of caller at midnight to TalkSPORT makes the fans phoning in to Radio Clyde Super Scoreboard seem like Mensa candidates. O’Hara and Cundy have found their niche.

O’Hara doesn’t really have the appearance for television but with 24 hours to fill he gets the occasional shift on Sky Sports News. Not for his insight or know how on the game.

USEFULL IDIOT

He gets the appearance fee to slag off others. With a voice that suggests he has barely moved outside of London he is perfect for filling in a morning slot.

PJ Dykes was fully professional on Thursday morning. Making sound points as O’Hara exposed his lack of know how.

Sky Sports loves social media interaction but not showing up one of their presenters as an oaf. They pulled the clip.

Fortunately it had been downloaded, saved and shared.

Not only is O’Hara a really famous soccer player and radio show host he is also a Scottish football expert. Of course you are Jamie.
