One down more to go- Lawwell finally clears off… again

|

The Trinity Tims were rushed into an emergency edition on Thursday. An ode to Peter Lawwell!

Following the October 28 podcast reacting to the resignation of Brendan Rodgers there was better news to share.

On December 17, a few hours before facing Dundee United Celtic announced that Lawwell was resigning.

Not just any old resignation. But a full on attack on Celtic supporters. The think skinned outgoing Chairman couldn’t keep his anger in check.

Rather than stepping away with his ‘achievements’ being recognised Lawwell chose a different way.

BEHAVE! LAWWELL SIGNS OFF

Following on from his bad tempered showing at the abandoned AGM Lawwell wanted to have another go at Celtic fans. It was a theme continued by Michael Nicholson and Dermot Desmond.

I chose to go with the issues not the personality.

At the 2019 Celtic AGM Lawwell laughed at me when I asked if anyone from Celtic was involved in producing the 2012 Five Way Agreement for his O** F*** partners.

Not only was no-one at Celtic involved Lawwell told shareholders that he hadn’t read the Five Way Agreement.

There are two conclusions from that. Either the Celtic CEO wasn’t telling the truth or he is incredibly incompetent, in the dark about a legal agreement involving Celtic’s biggest domestic rivals.

James and Eric had similar views on the outgoing Chairman. Hopefully there won’t be another future return.

NICHOLSON SPEAKS!

It has been all about the individual rather than the club while Lawwell has been calling the shots at Celtic.

Everyone inside Celtic has been appointed by Lawwell or his clone Nicholson. The CEO that has broken his four year media silence by giving two interviews to Gerry McCulloch inside two weeks.

The Trinity Tims will be back again tonight with a very special guest- Peter Kelly from the Celtic Fans Collective.

On Saturday Kelly called up Radio Scotland and destroyed the lazy attacks on the Celtic support by Tom English.

There will be no egg-chasers on tonight’s podcast, tune in at 6.30pm for an honest discussion on all things Celtic.

Joe McHugh has edited Video Celts since 2010, every day covering events in and around Scotland's most successful club.

When a six year stretch at the Sunday Mirror came to an end it was clear that the future was digital, print had ran its race.

Smart phones and social media created a new landscape, Video Celts has certainly made an impact with Joe described as having an unhealthy obsession by Peter Lawwell at the 2024 Celtic AGM. A priceless endorsement.

There are issues breaking around the clock, no two days are the same. More than 50 years on from his first match Joe is enjoying the ongoing successes of Celtic.

The LEECHES at our club are bleeding us all dry.

Has anyone apart from the secret society of the governing bodies of Scottish football read the 5 way agreement paper(s) ? How many pages of the document are there ! What exactly is in the document ? Who drafted the document ? How many sub sections are there ? Why has nobody from the MSM or fan bases in Scotland been allowed to know the exact contents of the notorious document? If there is nothing to get concerned about it’s contents then release the information to the public ? Clarification and openness …that would definitely be a first !

There must be plenty of people read the 5-WA except Peter Lawwell, according to him, who was a listed recipient along with Eric Riley at CP. I’ve often referred to it as the 6-WA as I knew it was inconceivable that it could have come to be without Celtic directors knowing about it, and at least one shareholder.

There is, however, no mention of Celtic FC anywhere in its 18 pages.

The email, a further 3 pages, IMO, is more damning than the 5-WA but remember it was a matter of public record that Neil Doncaster admitted “there is no mechanism for what we’re trying to do here”. They were not relegated, or “sent down the leagues” or any such-like. They died, a new shelf company (2 in fact) Sevco 5088 Ltd (Craig Whyte) and Sevco Scotland Limited (Charles Green) came into being in 2012. Green conned the other con-man Whyte and that’s why Sevco Scotland Ltd and not the initial preferred bidder, Sevco 5088 Ltd became party to the 5-WA. The agreement was between the SFA, the (then) SPL, SFL, Sevco Scotland Limited (Charles Green) and the administrators of the original Rangers FC Duff and Phelps.

For clarity I repeat, Rangers FC DIED. The new company, Sevco Scotland Limited changed it’s name to The Rangers Football Club Limited but ONLY AFTER Sevco Scotland Limited played Brechin on 29th July 2012. To pretend it was ‘rangers’ who played Brechin there had to be, and was, a huge cover-up which will have included most SMSM editors/directors including the publicly funded BBC. It’s all out there if you’re prepared to take the time and trouble that I have to know all this. How it’s not been acted upon to bring out the truth is all about masonry and “too big to fail” which permeates every corner of Scottish football and a helluva lot wider as most of you well know.

“…changed it’s name to The Rangers Football Club Limited but ONLY AFTER Sevco Scotland Limited played Brechin on 29th July 2012…”

        Yep.

That’s the other ‘smoking gun’: what was the name on the Team Sheet that day?

Was that team actually registered – if only temporarily – with the SFA / SFL?

Were the players of this unnamed team actually registered with the SFA / SFL?

Were the players of this unnamed team even insured?

What legal ‘gymnastics’ or ‘blind spots’ were necessary to ensure this game happened?

        etc…

It will all come out in the wash eventually – in about another 20 years?

        • TicToc says:

Good questions Bob. The football ‘authorities’ came up with a never before heard of “conditional licence” to facilitate the playing of that game but I’d guess it’s just as bent as the 5-WA itself. IMO the most telling detail is in the email. I’d interpret it as a bribe to other (then) SPL clubs. If necessary I could get it verbatim from the document but the short version is that prize money due to the (then) Rangers FC for finishing 2nd in the SPL in 2011/12 was offered to be split amongst the other SPL clubs if they agreed to go with the 5-WA. I would have thought that prize money should have gone into the Liquidation pot to be paid out to Rangers FC shareholders as part of the Liquidation process. The power of the ‘brotherhood’ springs to mind!

Some of the ‘agreement’ might come to light when Sevco go bust again and this time they stay in The SPFL from Hell Premier Division !

  • Flashback1980s says:

<——- Check the other channel someone has a back the board/manager petition up

    • TicToc says:

Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha, Peter Lawwell and Dermot Desmond have organised a petition on change.org to let the world know what terrific chaps they are and what a jolly good job they’ve done for over 20 years at CP.
Dear god, talk about desperate! Lawwell’s after a knighthood for services to the same club lie, holding Celtic back and generally being a solid part of the Celtic-hating establishment.
What an absolute tosser and the Irish golfing leech too.

  • Clachnacuddin and the Hoops says:

Regarding all the excellent comments on The Five Way agreement…

I had the old style teletext and on 29th July 2012 it stated…

    Brechin City v THE Rangers…

As of today Sevco are 12 years and 147 days old…

I for one will never let the bastards forget that !
