Paul-John Dykes has heard a report that the Not Another Penny campaign has cost Celtic around £5m.
Two weeks after their only meeting with club executives the Celtic Fans Collective decided to step up their actions with the launch of Not Another Penny.
With a continuous red line through the faces of Peter Lawwell, Michael Nicholson and Chris McKay the targets were obvious. So far one down more to go.
Clearly calling for a boycott of matches is a huge decision to take the additional spending is easier to get out there.
Club merchandise is the main target, with stores across the central belt of Scotland a regular supply of income comes through the tills.
Matchday spending has also been hit. Food kiosks are quieter, less fans seem to be buying Windfall tickets and other items on sale.

DYKES LEADS FROM THE FRONT ON ACSOM
Dykes has been getting some big hitters onto his Friday ACSOM show which looks at bigger issues.
Stephen Craig is a Celtic fan from Ayr that has become an experienced CEO.
Five minutes listening to him and you realise how ill-equipped Michael Nicholson is.
Craig speaks with passion about all aspects of business. Communication is key. As is accountability.
Again, two areas where Nicholson is a complete wash out. The man that appointed Mark Lawwell, Paul Tisdale and Wilfried Nancy.
Engaging with customers is critical. You have to cater for them and reflect their demands. Nicholson thinks that a post-it note on his pin-board covers him off for fan engagement.
Craig discussed his decision not to spend any money of Celtic related Christmas gifts with Dykes following up with some very interesting information

I’m going to ask you about that because obviously part of the action, Stephen, has been the Not Another Penny campaign. And I have heard, off the record, unconfirmed, that it’s cost the club in the region of £5m.
RENEWAL TIME APPROACHES
For a majority of fans the appointment and sacking of Wilfried Nancy was a step too far for Nicholson and the current board.
Since appointing Martin O’Neill no players have been signed. Celtic are one week away from possibly going nine points behind in the SPFL title race with 15 matches left to play. That would require defeat number seven. So far Hearts have lost twice in the SPFL Premiership.
The Not Another Penny campaign is due to be reviewed at the start of February. It is unlikely to be dropped.
A matchday boycott seems inevitable. Interestingly, at some point late in March or early February the club will begin the campaign to renew Season Tickets.
With the current executives in place there could be upto 10,000 fans opting out of renewing. At that stage the strength of the fabled ‘Waiting List’ will be put to the test.

Dundee at home in the Scottish Cup is the game to boycott.
Thousands of empty seats, denying this Quisling Board money from ticket sales, will drive a dagger to their spreadsheet heart.
Exactly.
Joe that board has killed our club saving oldco cheats of liebrox the corrupt sfa.spfl letting them off with just a fine only in masonic scotland can this happen and i hope the celtic fans take our club to its Limits and gets all these corrupt bastards out of paradise before its to late our we will end up like oldco to suit the biased bastards in the media and of course sfa.spfl..CHEATS OF SCOTLAND OLDCO SFA SPFL CELTIC P.LAWWELL WHO SIGNED THE 5WAY AGREEMENT AND TOLD THE CELTIC FANS LIES THAT HE DIDN’T NO WHAT THE 5WAY AGREEMENT WAS JUST SO OLDCO STAYS IN THE SPFL AND WORK THERE WAE BACK UP TO THE TOP OF SPFL AND ITS LOOKING GOOD AND OUR BOARD ARE NOT GIVING A FUCK ASLONG AS CELTIC FANS ARE BUYING ST AND PUTTING THERE MONEY INTO HELP SAVE THE ORANGE BASTARDS THATS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT NEW FIRM AND CHEATING
Agree boycott cup game, they aren’t listening. Embarrass them with an empty ground on tv.
I agree that if a boycott is what it takes then do so but NOT in the Title race, and thanks to the board it IS a race. We need to give that everything, we NEED to win it.
If we’d lost today, and the way we played 1st half especially we could have, I wouldn’t have been too bothered. I’d have seen the positive of another nail in the board’s coffin. I feel exactly the same about Europe this season as change will certainly be at some cost.
Being blunt, if we don’t win the Title then I’d rather win nothing as our supporters would unite and terminate the board completely. Desmond needs to be shown up too here as he’s quietly taken millions from our club and given NOTHING.
Not Another Penny.
COYBIG, we’ll be here long after that shower in the boardroom is ousted but we need to show our rebel spirit to ensure the current shower are not replaced by more fleas and leeches. We need to make a statement that we are the Glasgow Celtic, A (Club) Support Like No Other and no place for financial sharks and capitalist leeches.
I’ve not purchased one item of merchandise this season…
And these grey miserable B**astards aren’t giving me much excuse to open ma wallet either…
#Not another penny !
I’m not a season ticket holder , and I know how much it means to others … but that importance lies with a legitimate , honest , functioning football club . At the moment, Celtic is the furthest from this , so not renewing should be 100% on the cards .
And as you say Joe .. put the mythical waiting list to the test … not a pleasant thought , but if it gets the idiotic cheating charlatans out , then a year or two might be worth it .
