The Union Bears surpassed themselves last night with a Tifo for their match at home to Aberdeen.
Indoors the brogues brigade were slurping from the Loving Cup, some clearing the saliva others preferring to go commando.
For the first match of 2026 the Union Bears had to make a statement.
They stated how deluded they are. A club deeply in denial, a support that has rewritten history to suit their own purposes.
UNION BEARS WALKED AWAY
In February 2012 Rangers went into administration. Grown men shed tears on national television. Jim White just about managed to hold back. The Union Bears did nothing.
In June 2012 Queen Elizabeth rejected a CVA from the club. As did Dave King.
In October 2012 Rangers went into liquidation. BDO started the process to recover whatever they could for 276 creditors. Including newsagents, taxi companies and florists in Bearsden. HMRC were the biggest creditor. The Big Tax Case remained undecided.
No surrender or you’ll die.
Guess what?
They died.??

Many Scottish football clubs have gone into administration since the turn of the century.
L FOR LIQUIDATION
Only Airdrie, Gretna and Rangers followed that with liquidation. The Union Bears did nothing to save their club.
Motherwell, Dundee twice, Hearts, Dunfermline, Livingston, Partick Thistle and in 2025 Inverness Caley Thistle all went into administration.
In each of those cases supporters rallied, raised funds and produced a CVA that was accepted.
Those clubs are still with us in 2026.
Charles Green grabbed an opportunity. Told the bears what they wanted to hear, they all bought in with the businessman from Yorkshire leaving Ibrox a very wealthy man.
Chairman King once mentioned taking the club out of liquidation. There was no follow up.
Since inception in 2012 the Tribute Act has won three major trophies, the same number as St Johnstone.
Meanwhile Celtic have enjoyed the most dominant spell of success in the history of Scottish football. The hoops have won five trebles in the last decade.

Any truth to the rumour that big 5 jobs Faddy asked the tribute act for advice before declaring himself skint to Hector ? I’m saying 5 jobs but it could very easily be more ! I think even old Sir Albert Einstein himself in his prime would have had trouble figuring that one out ?
It didny happen Joe.
Tell the lie long enough, it becomes the truth.
I’ve spoke many a time to several of my Sevco ( and they absolutely hate that I use that name) supporting pals and they just will not have it.
Doesn’t matter you can produce irrefutable evidence, pics on google of all the nationals front pages, videos of news reports…they just deny deny deny…then kick into whataboutery with the Pacific Shelf argument.
It’s not their fault really, it’s the tv/radio and written press to blame entirely.
100% Joe and never let that horrible new club forget that and then our board ban the green brigade but roll out the red carpet for them lowlife scum union bear bastards last Saturday to sing their disgusting song book and trash the place, joke
Great chance for every forum reader…
Screenshot the above pic and throw it in the face of any Sevco fan that tries the pish pot jerker that they’re the same club…
You can do these things safely enough on ma shores !
What a very strange support, not exactly high on the favourite club list amongst the european circuit, however–they push that no surrender HORSEshite amongst their LONG list of embarrassing, so called tifo tripe….wake up wangers, pure & utter gutter ( rhyming -who’d a thought! ) …..Gick!
All the papers in your article picture act like those front pages never happened
I did post earlier weeks ago when Sammy got the job we would be sliding down league slowly, last night was the start of that, with the TRAMPS across the city going above us.
Now that Martin is back,I do hope things will change and we can move back up the league again, couldn’t stomach SIMPLETON FC being ahead of us.
Forget your Bye Gone Days of Yore,
Your not Rangers Any More!
