Celtic B drew 1-1away to Broxburn Athletic in the Lowland League with Rhys Dargie coming up with the second half equaliser.
It was a result in keeping with their form throughout the season.
CELTIC- MIDDLE OF THE ROAD
After 25 matches Celtic sit in eighth place with 37 points. Goal difference tells a tale with 51 goals scored and 51 conceded. Basically the average match is a 2-2 draw.
Celtic B are playing in the Lowland League for the fifth successive season with Colby Donovan the only player to emerge into a meaningful first team player.
Donovan has been involved in 22 first team matches this season, most impressively starting in five European matches alongside three substitute appearances.

It is hard to see what benefit Celtic are getting out of the Lowland League. It could be argued that playing at the 5th/6th tier of the Scottish game is a deterrent on players thinking of moving to Celtic.
Normally in a pyramid set up relegated clubs would be expected to be among the favourites to bounce back. Not in the Lowland League.
East Stirling are 12 points adrift at the bottom of the table with Cowdenbeath, Albion Rovers and Berwick Rangers all below Celtic.
In terms of communications it seems that Celtic have cut references to the B team to the bare minimum.
Team lines, half time and full time details appear on Twitter with just results and fixtures on the club website. No stats or league tables appear.
Celtic B have nine matches remaining in the 25/26 Lowland League. Home matches are played on the plastic pitch at Airdrie.
On Saturday Celtic are at home to second placed Clydebank. The Bankies won promotion last season from the West of Scotland League.
No decision has yet been announced if Celtic will continue in the regionalised (East and West) Lowland League next season.
